A Bennydale employer is on the hunt for their next payroll superstar to join their team. As well as day-to-day payroll processing and weekly reconciliations, you will be a customer focused legend making sure all staff/management queries and payroll related queries are answered in a timely manner. The employer is looking for someone with proven experience in accounts, payroll or finance and proficiency in Microsoft Office in particularly Excel. You will work across a number of employment agreements with different terms and conditions so experience working in this manner will put you in good stead, as will an understanding and working knowledge of relevant payroll legislation. You will have a keen eye for detail and be proactive with excellent communication skills. You will be trusted with confidential information, so professionalism and integrity are a must. The business is a small, tight-knit team who help and support one another during busy periods and staff absence. This is a full-time position working onsite at the plant. We are open to considering hybrid/flexible work arrangements, once the successful person has been trained and is proficient in the role, as long as they meet business requirements. All applicants will be subject to a pre-employment drug screen and police check. Job Requirements
Applicants need to be a team player with good verbal and written communication, well organised and able to work well under pressure, have good computer skills (specifically Excel) , have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail and must have previous office experience. Candidates must be proactive and positive who can show initiative want to work in a small, supportive, friendly admin team. Pass a drug and police check.
