Meat Process Worker

Opportunity is in Morrinsville. We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team at the meat processing facility. As a Meat Process Worker, you will be responsible for performing various tasks in the processing and packaging of meat products. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment, following health and safety regulations, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and quality control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery for meat processing (slicing, deboning, grinding, etc.) - Inspect and sort meat cuts for quality and safety - Assist in packaging and labeling finished products - Maintain cleanliness of workstations and equipment - Follow all safety and hygiene guidelines to ensure food safety - Work effectively with team members to meet production targets
Multiple positions available, majority are on the night shift.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in a meat processing or production environment is a plus - Ability to work in cold and sometimes noisy conditions - Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety - Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy items - Reliable and punctual
