In this role you will be travelling around the Western Bay of Plenty region, as part of a large team. The job entails: * Good staff handling skills and an understanding of issues * Ensuring knowledge is kept up to date * Directing and coordinating the workers * Reporting to the Site Manager * Ensuring work is completed in a timely & effective manner, to ensure company production goals are met * Completion and filing of Work Sheets * Guiding the workers with operational involvement as required * Maintaining a safe working environment and practices for all workers * Reviewing tools and equipment regularly to ensure staff safety
Following the end of your Full Training, you will gain: - an understanding of Horticultural Management - knowledge of horticultural process - knowledge of company standards and safe work practices - knowledge of sustainable environmental management practices

Job Requirements
* At least 1 year of relevant experience or a minimum NZQF Level 2 or 3 relevant qualification * Restricted or Full Class 1 drivers' license * Pre-employment drug test * Pre-employment Min of Justice check

- 5 - 6 days Monday - Sunday Seasonally & weather dependent. 30h/wk minimum, but can be double that & 7 days in peak of season (30 hours per week)
