Duty Manager

Job Tasks and Responsibilities: - • Oversee daily store operations during your shift to ensure smooth functionality. • Manage stock levels, conduct inventory checks, and ensure appropriate restocking. • Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times. • Handle opening and closing of the store, including cash handling and payment settlements. • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints. • Promote sales and upsell products where possible to maximize store profitability. • Maintain a welcoming and safe environment for customers. • Supervise, motivate and guide store staff during your shift. • Assign tasks to team members and ensure they are completed efficiently. • Ensure adherence to the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act and other relevant regulations. • Verify customer age identification and refuse service where necessary.

Candidate Requirements:- • Good communication skills • Be Physically fit • Be honest and reliable • Ability to manage team under high pressure • Ability to work on Weekend's • Be punctual • Be Drug free Work Experience: - Minimum 1 Year Relevant Work Experience required OR Relevant NZ or Overseas Diploma level Qualification. Hours and Position:- It is full time permanent job with minimum 30 hours + per week. Hourly Pay Rate: - $28 to $30 per hour
