Orchard Supervisor - Paengaroa
About this job
Duties of the role are are follows:
1. Planning and coordinating young orchard establishment. 2. Irrigation and fertilizer analysis and application. 3. Optimize timing of key milestones required for maximum canopy fill and subsequent crop growth. 4. Broad range of young vine training and establishing canopy work. 5. Organization & supervision of casual staff 6. Machinery operation. 7. To operate safely and professionally all agricultural equipment 8. Required to work irregular hours during the height of the season. 9. General canopy maintenance. 10. 10.Spraying, mowing and any other work related to orchard 11. Support other teams and aspects of our operation various orchards in the Te Puke region. 12. Keeping up to date with new practices, techniques, and products. 13. Maintaining a safe working environment and practices for all parties.

Job Requirements
No Must have Class 1 Driver's License.
