About this job
• Prepare vegetables and other ingredients under the direction of the chef • Keep the work area clean, maintain related place and equipment in good order and clean condition. • Maintenance of dishes as required • Preparation of customer’s order • Following directions toward portion control cooking standards and wastage • Loads or unloads trucks picking up or delivering supplies and food • prepare cook and serve under supervisors’ instructions • Following all hygiene and Health and Safety regulations within the kitchen • other job requested by supervisors.
