About this job
Auckland Airport based company is looking for full time permanent Sales Associate. Job description includes:
• Generate and maximise sales • Identify opportunities for add on sales • Greet customers • Keep up to date with shop promotions and product information • Accurate till handling • Respond to customer complaints and queries • Maintain tidy shop display and merchandising • General cleaning and tidying of store • Rubbish removal • Accept deliveries and transfer to store room and shop – heavy lifting is required of 20kg approx • Liaise with Chinese tour guides to receive customers • Must speak Chinese to provide customer service to a large number of Chinese tourist customers coming through our airport store

Job Requirements
Must speak Mandarin - Chinese Must be able to do heavy lifting to accept and transfer stock delivery. Must be able to work rostered shifts. Must have own reliable transport. Must hold full drivers license. Must be able to pass security / criminal background checks to work at the airport.
