About this job
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner in both Korean and English. Resolve customer complaints and address issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Recruit participants for camps and assist in planning and organizing camp activities. Provide organizational support and interpretation services for Korean guests. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective and efficient solutions.
