Senior Cafe Staff

A Taumarunui based employer is seeking 3 senior cafe staff members. You will be required to complete the following tasks. - Train and supervise staff. - Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. - Determine products mix and stock levels are sufficient to meet customers needs, by maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions. - You will need to ensure that service standards are met as per employer requirements. - Assist in the store with selling of goods and services to customers and advise them of product use if required. - A full clean drivers license is required as some errands may need to be run for the employer as required. - Some IT and PC responsibilities will be required for this role so you will need to have appropriate skills/qualifications for working with computers and administration. Because of the work required with financials and systems the ideal candidate will need to be able to pass a police check and pre-employment and ongoing drug test. Job Requirements
Full clean drivers license, experience working as a senior cafe staff member. Admin experience and ability to train and supervise staff.

- Rotating rosters as required, the business operates 24 hours so your shift patterns will be negotiated with employer. (40 hours per week)
