Customer Service Representative
About this job
• Greet customers warmly as they enter the premises, respond to their queries, and provide tailored product recommendations to meet their needs. • Ensure a positive experience by effortlessly helping customers find and select the right products while professionally addressing their concerns. • Contribute to daily sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) through effective customer engagement • Assist in opening and closing the premises, including preparing it for business, securing it at the end of the day, and maintaining cleanliness and upkeep throughout the day. • Process customer payments accurately and efficiently using various payment methods, ensuring proper cash reconciliation at the end of the shift. • Work closely with team members, providing support and motivation to achieve store goals and maintain a cohesive working environment collectively.
