We are looking to join our dream team, a Qualified Dog Groomer with a minimum of 3 years experience, who is dog loving, motivated with a can-do attitude and who takes pride in growing our purposely built Groom Salon. Location is Porirua, so must have own transport.

Duties include - provide a variety of outstanding grooms to all types of dogs in specific timeframes - managing the Groom Salon on a daily basis, so it's tidy, clean & hygienic from top to bottom, ready before next customer's arrival and very important, managing our groom tools has to be one of your main priorities - ensuring KPIs are met through sales, upselling and exceptional customer relationship management; this includes promptly responding to customer inquiries over email and telephone and making sure relevant invoices are accurate when sending these out in a timely manner

• Demonstrated passion for dogs and their wellbeing • Proven experience of 3+ years as an independent Groomer through references and portfolio of work • Proven experience of 5+ years working in a customer service-oriented role and working managing a Groom Salon independently achieving projected sales • Well-organised and apt in problem-solving • Ability to work individually as well as part of a team • Attention to detail with a Can-do attitude while embracing feedback and willingness to continuously improve and learn
