Opportunity is in Morrisville • Greet customers as and when they arrive • Responsible for taking and confirming bookings made in person, over the phone, or online, and accordingly allot tables to the guests, as per their convenience and availability. • Coordinate for takeaways as and when required. • Coordinate between the guests and the cooking staff, take orders and also serve the food and drinks as per preparation. • Answer queries and handle customer complaints. Directing unsolved queries to the manager if necessary • Clear cutlery from tables when guests finish their meal or when they ask to do so. • Handing over the checks to the guests and process card or cash payments accordingly. • Ensure the restaurant is clean and tidy

• Available to work in the evenings, weekends, and on holidays • Prior work experience is preferred but not mandatory. • Physically fit to stand for longer hours • Team worker and Interpersonal skills • Good coordination skills • Attention to detail • Multi-tasker No
