Kiwifruit Orchard Worker
About this job
Ready to work outdoors picking kiwifruit initially in the wider Te Puke area on a fixed term contract. This work commences early March and there may be opportunities for longer term employment until December 2025.
You will be carrying a picking bag on your front weighing up to 25 kgs therefore a good level of fitness is required.
Closed footwear required on-orchard, gumboots and sneakers are suitable.
You will be on your feet and working above head and shoulders height for long periods of time.
Tools are provided by the employer. Training is provided.
You will be required to have secured accommodation within daily travel distance to the Te Puke area prior to applying.
Transport options may be available from specific areas.
