Orchard Worker

We are a friendly, hardworking team looking for energetic and dedicated individuals to join our orchard, starting work on the first week of March. With opportunities for growth, we strive to create a supportive and collaborative work environment where everyone can thrive. We grow high-quality apples and kiwifruit, and we’re looking for passionate team members to help us harvest our crops.

Responsibilities:

- Pick apples and kiwifruit efficiently, ensuring quality and care. - Work collaboratively with the team to meet harvest goals. - Adhere to health and safety guidelines. - Maintain a respectful and productive work environment.

We provide comprehensive training to ensure you are equipped with all the skills needed for the role, including proper picking techniques and adherence to health and safety standards. As you gain experience, there are plenty of opportunities for growth within the company.

Candidates must have the following:

Physically fit and energetic, able to work outdoors and handle lifting. Punctual, reliable, and committed to completing tasks. Must work well in a team and respect coworkers. Drug-free and no criminal convictions. Reliable transportation (own car or dependable transport) to commute. Willing to learn – training will be provided. Candidates must be available to start work on the first week of March.
