Office Administrator
About this job
Local Manufacturing business based in New Plymouth need an office star to join their team.
In this role you will provide administrative support. The main tasks will include: • Maintain records, order forms, and shipping documents. • Answer phones, schedule meetings, and handle office tasks. • Communicate with clients and suppliers for order updates. • Help manage inventory and track stock levels. • Assist with logistics and track shipments. • Prepare reports and enter data into systems. • Assist with document management
The successful candidate will enjoy working within a team environment and ideally some experience in a similar role. However full training will be offered. The hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm and rostered Saturdays. The pay is $23.80 per hour.

Job Requirements
• Customer Service and Administration experience ideal • Must have a minimum restricted driver licence and reliable transport • Must pass a Ministry of Justice check
