Early Childhood Teacher

Dunedin based early learning centre is looking for an enthusiastic Qualified Early Childhood (Registered preferred) to join their team. You will be caring and educating young children aged 3-5 years old.
Duties include but are not limited to: • Provide positive, quality education and care to children in a safe and hygienic environment, understand and practice the standards set by the Early Childhood Education Regulations. • Once employed you would be expected to read, understand, and implement the strategic plan, policies and procedures, curriculum, and philosophy of Kiddies Campus. • Ensure that parents, family, and whanau are welcomed and involved and that they understand the Centre policies, practices, and curriculum. • Provide appropriate support to the other teachers/staff to ensure delivery of quality outcomes for the children, demonstrate a passion and commitment to the Kiddies Campus environment through the regular monitoring and meticulous care of resources.
Days and hours: Monday to Friday - 7:15am-5:30pm
Pay Rate: Pay rate to be discussed with successful applicant, but will be according to pay parity.

Job Requirements
Also, you must have the below prerequisites to be considered for this role: • Be able to pass a police check and pre-employment drug test, as part of the employment process. • Preferably registered teacher (ECE or Primary) • Must have a teaching qualification (ECE or Primary). • But new graduates are welcome to apply. • Applicants must have reliable transport to get to work. • Hold New Zealand citizenship, New Zealand Permanent Residency
