Retail Assistant

Opportunity is based in Paeroa -Fruit and Vegetable shop Controlling proper inventory levels through stock ordering , inventory checks, assuring correct stocking of food supply. Follow training program to keep store staff informed of store products, and train staff in proper customer relations skills and sales techniques to maintain a high quality of service. Be competent in cash handling and aid in preparing sales reports, deposit preparation, change orders, and register set and close out. Responsible for cash security; prepare daily bank deposit and match cash with daily sales summary. Coordinate staff requirement- training and monitoring staff performance. Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned. Resolve customer doubts to ensure that best selections and promotions are sold. Suggest methods of improvement and bring about promotional ideas to increase sales. Ensures friendly service according to company guidelines. Ensure compliance of store operations as per law. Maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Requirements- Need to be mature person committed to hard work and dedication Previous customer service experience is welcomed We need people who are committed and turn up to work on time unless they have a reasonable excuse.
