Security Assistant Coordinator

We have fantastic opportunity for enthusiastic and hardworking individual to join our dynamic team working at the Security Service based at Middlemore Hospital. This is a have a full time position, working 40 hours per week across Monday to Sunday. This is 12 hours shift with varying rostered shifts.
In this role, you will be responsible for;
Displaying leadership on the floor and for providing guidance and mentoring across the security team. Being visible during incidents and also reporting back to the coordinator. Assisting in driving a values-based team culture that depicts professionalism, integrity and respect for all people and cultures. In addition to performing the general duties, the Assistant Coordinator serves as a support person for the Security Services Team, as well as filling in, in the absence of the Security Coordinator.
Job Requirements
The Ideal candidate will have;
Previous experience in a Security role or leadership role. Some experience with camera equipment and security systems: Gallagher, CCTV Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal Ability to resolve difficulty situations proficiently and in a positive way
