Opportunity is based at Morrisville Preparing Indian food. Overall, in charge of Indian food preparation including Tandoori dishes. Menu planning with the manager and discussing food preparation with the kitchen and waiting staff. May select and provide training to junior staff. Food quality control including preparation and presentation. Ordering goods and stock control and labor cost. Maintain food standards and hygiene standards. Development of new food products and to promote restaurant business. Ensure all food and products that are not to be used immediately are stored and refrigerated.
