Employer is looking for a dynamic hands-on trainer, who will be working closely with our further processing site in Cambridge.

This role will suit someone who is a champion for learning; someone who is ready to add value to an organisation that is on an upward journey in the development of our people. This is an exciting role with exposure across all spectrums of production, learning and development so we are looking for someone who is driven.

Other responsibilities will include but not limited to; • Implement and coordinate new starter departmental training programs to ensure skill progression and depth within all processing departments. • Coordinate and deliver annual internal compliance training. • Coordinate external compliance training. • Coordinate and assist production to ensure all SWP's are relevant, and training and records are up to date

Job Requirements

To be successful in this role you will:

• Preferred experience within a fast-paced FMCG environment with exposure to KPIs. • Have at least 2 years in adult learning environments. • Adult learning models. • Good communication skills • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office. • Ability to mentor and coach. • Reliable Transport • Hold a Full Class 1 Driver's Licence • Must Clear MOJ and Drug Checks

Monday - Friday - 8:00AM to 5:00PM (40 hours per week)
