Some of the Other Key Responsibilities of the position: • Assisting customers with inquiries, orders, and product information • Maintaining strong product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits • Handling customer complaints and resolving issues promptly and professionally • Build relationships with key stakeholders to enhance the customer experience • Contributing to a positive customer experience through friendly and helpful interactions • Efficiently process orders and queries to meet daily deadlines • Manage credit claims accurately within agreed timeframes • Maintain accurate data in sales/order systems to ensure correct product dispatch

Candidates must have

• At least 2yrs experience in Sales & Customer service • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction • Experience in FMCG, retail, or wholesales operations is advantageous • Proficient in Microsoft Office • High attention to detail • Very good English verbal and written skills • Very good typing skills • Ability to work independently and handle tasks remotely • Ability to work under pressure • Excellent Communication skills + Phone Etiquettes • Reliable Transport • Must Clear MOJ & Drug Checks
