About this job
Assist in food preparation of the store: ensure that all ingredients are prepared hygienically; assist in dough, sauce, and toppings preparation; ensure food is properly tagged; ensure that all food is prepared as directed; ensure proper PPE Equipment is used; check each menu item before it departs the kitchen. Maintaining a clean environment, equipments, and utensils. Coordinate Large or Bulk Orders with Restaurant Manager/Director - ensuring proper order and delivery. Conduct promotions Customer Service: Meet and greet customers and assist in taking orders; help customers to choose menu items, advise of any promotions and collect payments; communicate with customers to receive feedback or concerns; dealing with customer complaints in a satisfactory way. Training: Train any new staff as required. Teamwork Health and Safety: Ensure compliance of all policy related to health and safety
Job Requirements
Proven experience in fast food chains (QSR operations) - 1 to 2 years experience in similar role 2. Valid driver's license (restricted or full) 3. Should have a positive attitude with the ability to learn and gain valuable work skills. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
