Cleaner

Employer is seeking commercial cleaners. The work is in Dunedin and Oamaru and you will be travelling between Dunedin and Oamaru. A clean full NZ driver licence is required . Work finishes at 3am. Company vehicle may be provided, or if you are using your own car, travel allowance is paid. Duties include- • Clean commercial and residential premises as instructed by management, ensuring a thorough and proper cleaning process. • Empty containers, bins, and trays, and dispose of waste and recyclable materials. • Clean windows at elevated heights using appropriate cleaning products. • Drive company vans to various client locations to carry out cleaning duties. • Remove dust and debris from ceilings, walls, overhead pipes, and fixtures. • Apply cleaning solutions to surfaces to eliminate stains and dirt. • Strip, re-wax, and polish floors to maintain their condition. • Conduct inspections and maintenance tasks, documenting findings and actions taken. • Perform minor repairs and adjustments to cleaning equipment as needed. • Clean and sanitize wet areas, and report any plumbing issues. • Monitor and manage cleaning supply levels, ensuring timely replenishment.

• Valid full clean driver's license • Available to work on weekends and late evening shifts. • No prior work experience is required as we provide full training. • Comfortable working at heights • Physically fit to perform various tasks. • Attention to detail. Pass MOJ, drug test
