Sales Manager

We’re on the lookout for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team and oversee sales operations for milk and juice in Southland. This role will be responsible for both new and existing sales, as well as the management of Invercargill deliveries. Working closely with our distribution contractors in Queenstown, Dunedin, and Christchurch, you’ll help set and execute effective sales strategies to meet targets.

Key Responsibilities:

*Manage all Southland sales and Invercargill deliveries for milk and juice. *Collaborate with distribution contractors to establish and achieve sales goals in Queenstown, Dunedin, and Christchurch. *Support contractors in executing their sales strategies. *Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities and optimizing sales performance. *Some travel to Christchurch and other areas may be required.

What We’re Looking For:

*A proven sales background. *Strong organizational and time-management skills. *Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with others. *Excellent communication and leadership skills. *Willingness to start early (6:30am) and manage a flexible schedule. *Full drivers licence required. *Must pass a police check.

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 30+ hours per week. Compensation:
