Orchard Supervisor Kiwifruit

Kiwifruit Orchard Supervisor is wanted to join a locally owned and operated kiwifruit orchard.

This is a fulltime, permanent leadership role while working on multiple orchards within the Bay of Plenty region.

You will be required to supervise your own team and ensuring quality and performance standards, while health and safety standards are maintained. You must be a motivated team player who is always taking development opportunities.

As an Orchard Supervisor, you will be responsible for: Daily management, leading and training a team or orchard workers from various cultural backgrounds. Monitoring production and ensuring the quality of work is to the highest standard that team timings and targets are met. Notifying senior management of any quality issues identified, including issues from pests and disease, produce maintenance and handling etc. Ensuring all staff production targets for contract work are met and managed.
