Sales Team Leader

Our client partners with businesses to provide expertise in call centre, customer service, sales, market research, and back-office administrative processing. They are currently seeking a Sales Team Leader – Customer Service. This is a role within the Service Division of a renowned international electronics company. Based in Northcote, you will work across several strategic initiatives and assist with the planning and implementation of a growth strategy that will drive and deliver sales growth through the service channels, particularly the Contact Centre and the Repair Network.
Key Responsibilities: • Manage and maintain the Members’ platform to ensure it is up-to-date and regularly refreshed • Collaborate with the Corporate Marketing team to boost customer engagement on the Members’ platform • Work with the local Head of Service to develop and execute a customer-retention strategy to achieve sales targets • Work closely with the regional headquarters in Singapore to implement the regional ‘Customer Retention Program’ activities • Post new content as requested by the regional team including banners, tips, and news • Collaborate with the local agency to post engaging content such as competitions, giveaways, and more
This is a dynamic role that will allow you contribute to the direction of the business. National and international travel may be required from time to time. Job Requirements
To be considered for this role, you have: • Experience in customer-success and sales type roles • Background in customer-service based roles • Strong knowledge of customer acquisition and retention strategies • Excellent organizational skills • Proven Leadership and Planning skills • Attention to detail • Initiative, energy, and creativity Must be able to pass a Ministry of Justice check.
