About this job
Tourism operator based in Mangere needs a Customer Service star to join the team You will also be responsible for check-ins / outs on the bespoke booking system, so you require savvy computer skills, and be good with numbers and calculations. You will be required to support the team in any way to keep the operation smooth and welcoming. Candidates must have ‘excellent’ and genuine customer service skills and experience, with ability to make people’s day, must be very personable to interact with customers, be reliable and flexible to work public holidays, weekends, and possible shift changes as well as a great attitude.

Job Requirements
Full class 1 Driver licence and own transport is a must. Candidates will be required to pass a police check. Must have ‘excellent’ and genuine customer service skills and experience, with ability to make people’s day. Must be very personable to interact with customers, yes even the grumpy customers. Knows how to read the room! Must have a solid background in reliability, and be flexible to work public holidays, weekends.

- Monday to Sunday rostered shifts - 5am to 5pm -- 4 days on and 4 days off fortnightly rosters (40 hours per week)
