Barber and Hairstylist

A salon in Panmure is looking to hire a dedicated Barber and Hairstylist to consult with their clients and ensure that all their hair-related needs are taken care of. Duties include: •Welcoming clients and consulting with them on their desired hairstyles. •Providing hair cutting trimming and styling services to the clients. •Understand client’s hair styling preference and make recommendation as needed. •Provide hair treatments, colouring and highlighting services. •Perform scalp, and facial treatments, including massages and shaves. •Ensuring that combs, scissors, razors, and other instruments are cleaned and sanitized after each use. •Maintain work area clean and organized and re-order supplies as needed. •Provide recommendations to clients on how to maintain their hair and skin at home. •Keeping abreast of new and emerging hair styles and trends. •Must be able process client payments.
