Guest Experience Host Supervisor
About this job
As the Guest Experience Host Supervisor, you will be able to:
- Provide excellent service reflecting the “HEART” values, ensuring friendly greetings and efficient check-ins/outs - Anticipate guest needs, handle VIP arrangements, and manage guest complaints. - Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance for guest satisfaction and maintain foyer presentation - Maximise sales and revenue, follow up on sales leads, secure bookings, and up-sell room types and products - Process reservations efficiently and work with management on bookings - Foster a positive team environment, mentor staff, provide feedback, and address concerns - Ensure accurate revenue posting, manage cashiering policies, perform night audits, prepare daily reports, and maintain budget guidelines - Allocate duties, collaborate with departments, attend training, and work flexible shifts - Follow health and safety guidelines, protect equipment, maintain a clean environment, ensure guest confidentiality, and participate in environmental initiativ
Job Requirements
Must have previous experience in a similar role of at least 2 years

- 7 Day rotating roster - Shifts between 7am & 11pm (40 hours per week)
