About this job
Ensuring all ethnic cuisine dishes are prepared to the specifications. Ensuring all Cuisine recipes and preparation requirements are met. Ensuring temperatures, seasonings and flavors are to specification. Ensuring all foods are presented and served in a timely manner and in the correct sequence. Ensuring the storage of foods and others meet statutory Health and Safety requirements. Preparing food to meet special dietary requirements. Updating and developing new cooking techniques and procedures in accordance with the new menu. General kitchen cleaning and hygiene duties
Job Requirements
More than one-year cooking experience is required. Preferably in Chinese cooking. Be fit enough to work under pressure in a busy kitchen. Must be able to work on weekends and work overtime. Must be flexible to work lunch and dinner shifts and be able to manage two shifts in a day. Full commitment is required. Be able to pass a police check.

- Must be flexible and available to show up when necessary. Monday to Sunday on the roster for lunch and dinner shifts. (30 hours per week)
