The Gisborne-based HR Administrator/Pastoral Carer plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions at their allocated site. As well as providing pastoral support to our RSE teams care & wellbeing. This role supports the HR Advisor, Business Partner, and HR Manager in various HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations. This role also ensures compliance with HR policies and procedures and promotes a positive workplace culture
Job Requirements
To be successful for this role you must: • Pastoral carer/support experience – (ie ex nurse, teacher or community worker) • HR admin or administrator experience • Experience working with a diverse group of people and cultures • Time management & organisation • Competency in maths and English • Minimum NCEA 2 • Must hold your full licence • Convictions are on a case by case basis • Drug testing may apply

- 30 hrs p/w 40 hrs during key periods of the year (30 hours per week)
