Packhouse Cleaning Supervisor

We are looking for a motivated and proactive individual to join our team and help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workplace. Duties include: • Machinery safety or the ability to learn this with confidence LOTO , ESTOP , Manual startup • Agile and nimble to work around plant and machinery • Experience with cleaning inventory hazardous substances and or knowledge of products • Fit and healthy • Flexible to work outside of production hours (before /after or breaks Sat/Sun). • Leadership or ability to work alone or lead a small cleaning team 2-3 at a time • Basic knowledge of machine operations (will be on the job trained) ability to understand machinery to some extent. • Prepared to assist with Cafe dishes etc. happy to be a team player when there is downtime.

Key responsibilities Learn and apply basic machinery safety functions (LOTO, ESTOP, manual startup), with training provided Work nimbly and efficiently around plant and machinery while maintaining safety Handle cleaning inventory, including hazardous substances, with knowledge of safety products Perform deep cleaning tasks and assist in cafe duties when needed during downtime Lead or work independently, managing a small cleaning team (2-3 people) Be flexible to work outside production hours, including before or after shifts, and weekends
