A dynamic and welcoming provincial pub is seeking enthusiastic bar staff to join their team. As a valued member of the front-of-house crew, the successful candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest’s experience exceeds expectations.
Key Responsibilities: • Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a memorable experience for all guests • Take and serve food and beverage orders in both the restaurant and bar areas • Set and maintain tables according to established standards • Operate the till system and handle cash/Eftpos transactions with accuracy • Stay up-to-date with the menu offerings and beverage selections • Maintain high standards of personal presentation, including uniform and grooming • Handle reservations, function inquiries, and phone calls with professionalism and efficiency • Perform cleaning and resetting duties to ensure a clean and inviting environment • Prepare high-quality coffee and beverages to order • Adhere to company policies, health and safety regulations, and liquor licensing laws • Communicate effectively with the team and report any concerns to the Duty Manager • Assist with promotions and contribute to achieving the outlet’s goals

Job Requirements
• Strong communication and customer service skills • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment • Knowledge of food and beverage service standards • Adherence to health & safety regulations and liquor licensing laws • Convictions considered on a case-by-case basis
