An established Commercial Cleaning company is seeking an Operations Assistant on the North Shore. This position requires flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities • Team Support and Leadership: Lead and coordinate small teams to achieve client requirements and meet service standards. Provide training to team members to ensure quality results. • Quality Assurance and Reporting: Conduct and submit Quality Assurance reports upon completion of tasks. Monitor and report on time records to ensure accuracy and efficiency. • Client-Focused Operations: Adapt to client schedules, which may require flexible availability, including weekends. Address and resolve operational challenges promptly to meet customer expectations.

Job Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will: • Have a minimum 2 years of relevant experience, including supervisory duties and experience with commercial cleaning machinery. • Be someone who can confidently and professionally manage client relationships while onsite. • Be physically fit, organised, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Hold a full clean driver’s licence and have a clear police record. • Relevant qualifications an advantage.
