Duty Manager

Employer is seeking a couple of Duty Manager’s to join their team. Your daily duties will include: • Assisting the management with organizing, managing, and leading the overall operations of the store • Manage product range, stock levels and coordinate with suppliers accordingly, to ensure that store is always equipped • Help with marketing activities, store advertising, and promotions • Assisting with rostering, cash handling, budgeting • Maintaining store standards including maintenance, cleanliness, and hygiene protocols • Open and close the store as and when required
Job Requirements
To be successful you will need: • Relevant experience in this field • Hold an LCQ • Available to work on a rostered shift basis including weekends • Physically fit and able to stand for long periods • Have leadership skills • Be a hard working and passionate individual • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Ability to multi-task • Work well within a team
