About this job

Our client is seeking experienced Traffic Controllers to work in West Auckland. Duties include: • Set up, manage, and remove temporary traffic control devices, including signs and barriers • Direct vehicular and pedestrian traffic around construction zones, accidents, or other road disruptions • Operate stop/slow signs and other traffic control devices to direct traffic and ensure the safety of workers, motorists, and pedestrians • Communicate with other traffic control personnel, construction workers, and emergency response teams via radio to provide and receive updates on traffic conditions • Conduct site checks and monitor traffic flow and behavior to ensure safety is maintained at all times • Follow instructions from crew leaders, foremen, managers, inspectors, auditors, or officials Immediate start. Job Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will have: • At least 6 months experience in a Traffic Control role • Reliable transport and a full driver's licence • A positive attitude TTM, TMO, Site Safe / Construct Safe certificates an advantage. Must be able to pass a Drug test and a Ministry of Justice check.

Monday to Friday, 7am to 5pm (hours may vary) (30 hours per week)
