Packhouse Dashboard Operator

A local Motueka Packhouse requires a staff member to operate the packhouse. computer dashboard in real time. Start date 15 Feb with work through to approx 26 September. Key duties: • Continually monitor apple volume and quality, making required changes on computer dashboard and packing lines. • Communicate & coordinate with team members to ensure smooth workflow during shifts. • Identify and resolve system issues promptly in packline configurations.
Job Requirements
Experience in the apple industry would be an advantage. Food production industry experience would be a minimum. Proficiency in using computer dashboards, data tools, and software applications. Data driven and ability to work under pressure. Attention to detail is crucial, H&S Focus. Must pass pre-employment drug test and be physically fit. Minor criminal convictions will be looked at on a case by case basis. Attention to detail is crucial along with the ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment. You need to be a team player with excellent communication skills. **Application form must be completed**
