An opportunity for you to utilise your people management, project management and pastoral care skills. Leading a Pastoral Care and Accommodation team, engaging with management, staff, external suppliers/contractors and government departments providing best possible standard of care for RSE staff and adhering to government compliance and company policy. Location of work varies and covers greater Marlborough. Minimum of 25 hours per week. Pay rate will be dependent on experience. Given the nature of the role, there is an expectation of some work outside of conventional business hours including on-call time on alternate weekends

Job Requirements

Motivated and future focussed. - Must has experience of people management, project management. Experience within pastoral care is preferred. - Be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel - Have an eye for continuous improvement - Demonstrate the ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures - Full clean Class 1 Licence and also capable of using a trailer. - Must be able to pass D & A test, and an MOJ check.

Days of work
Hours negotiable. School hours possibly available. Some work outside of business hours including on-call every 2nd w/end. (25 hours per week)
