Kiwi company with one goal: to divert as much plastic as possible from New Zealand’s landfills and recycle this resource into enduring, sustainable, and environmentally beneficial fence post products, are currently seeking a reliable Factory Hand / Machine Operator to join the team.
Ideally, someone with experience in a manufacturing, electrical or warehousing environment with mechanical aptitude as you will be working around large plant and machinery.
As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery used in the production process alongside manual operation. Forklift, Shredder, Extruder, cutting and finishing equipment.
Key Responsibilities: • Material handling and machine operation, • Active involvement in production, • Setting up and running machinery, • Quality control checks and monitoring • Equipment and workspace maintenance,
Location of work: Waiuku, Auckland Monday to Friday, 6am – 4pm

Job Requirements
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills, • Experience as a Machine Operator or similar role is desirable, • Familiarity with machinery and production processes, • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills, • Reliable and Punctual, • Fit, healthy, able to work in dusty conditions and lift up to 25kg repeatedly, • Communication and teamwork abilities,
