Home Care Support Worker

We are currently looking for Support Workers to help support our residents within our homes providing 24/7 care. Your role will be to provide physical and social support to allow individuals to participate in everyday life as independently as possible in their home and community.

We are looking for staff who can work within a team environment, are enthusiastic about helping others, respectful, empathetic, flexible, committed to upholding a high standard of care and can see each person as an individual with varying needs and interests.

Duties will include supporting young adults with disabilities in their everyday personal care. Other duties required in this position are to assist with domestic duties such as kitchen, food prep and cleaning.

You will be reliable, honest and flexible in the hours and days that you are able to work as our employer is a 24 hours, 7 days a week operation.

You must be able to pass a Police Security Clearance, have ( or be able to get ) a First Aid Cert, and have a Drivers licence and own transport.

Must have a current open Work Visa if not a NZ Resident.
