Kawakawa Pharmacy is an established, busy community pharmacy, with a positive and supportive working environment. Focused on customer service and going the extra mile for their patients and customers. They are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and energetic person with excellent customer service and communication skills to join our dispensary team. The Dispensary Technician role covers a range of duties, which will include: • entering and dispensing prescriptions, • assisting customers with prescription enquires and providing healthcare advice, • preparation of compliance packaging, • batch claiming, • stock management and inventory • over the counter sales • exceptional customer service and customer care

This is a full-time position, which includes a regular Saturday ros

Job Requirements

The successful candidate will have: • good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills and work efficiently within a team environment • good time management skills with ability to handle pressure, be self-motivated and show initiative • accuracy and attention to deal is essential • excellent computer skills – TONIQ experience is preferable • be a physically fit person with stable work life balance, who takes pride in their professional appearance & performance • commitment to continual improvement of self and business • an understanding of tikanga Maori & a commitment to the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi.

Applicants must also : 1-be able to reliably get to work, with own car and at minimum of Restricted driver licence if not living nearby. 2-disclose any convictions which will be considered case by case 3-provide a Cover Letter along with CV- a Position Description will be emailed on request.

Monday - Friday (9:00am - 5:30pm) Saturdays (9:30am - 12:00pm) (40 hours per week)
