Skills and Experience you will bring- * Technical Expertise- Hands on experience with analysing, developing accounting payroll / HR Software. Strong understanding of systems integration and process optimisation is required. * Analytical and Problem Solving - Proficient in gathering, documenting and translating business requirements into actionable solutions. Skilled in creating workflows, business cases and process improvements. * Communication and Collaboration - Strong ability to communicate technical requirements to non-technical stakeholders. You must possess exceptional relationship building skills with internal and external partners. * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or a related field is preferred. You must have 2+ years experience in Business Analysis or a related ICT role.
