Hospitality Worker
About this job
Customer service: Welcoming guests, checking them in and out, and providing information about hotel products and services. -Cleaning: Maintaining and cleaning public areas, guest rooms, and uniforms. -Machine operation: Ensure machines are functioning properly, report malfunctions, and keep the area clean, and limit how much guests can gamble and monitor their behavior. -Security: Ensuring security policies and procedures are maintained. -Cash handling: Handling cash and shopping duties. -Room allocation: Allocating rooms -Daily cashiering: Daily cashiering -Guest amenities: Ensuring guest amenities are delivered in a timely and efficient manner. Ability to work on a rotating roster, including early mornings and weekends. -Friendly, caring and enthusiastic personality and positive communication to all customers. -Self-motivated.
Job Requirements
-Ability to work autonomously and initiate on the job -Valid Drivers License -A strong customer focus/service orientation -Enjoy working as part of a team -Friendly, caring and enthusiastic personality - Must not have any criminal conviction -Must pass the pre-employed drug test
