Key Responsibilities: • Safely operate a Class 4 ready-mix concrete truck, following instructions from the Dispatcher over the RT. • Load concrete and deliver it to customers' yards, ensuring accurate and timely pouring. • Clean the truck after each pour to maintain hygiene and operational standards. • Perform general housekeeping duties to keep the truck and work environment clean and organised. • Follow safety and operational guidelines, maintaining high standards of driving and customer service.

• Must be reliable and punctual for early morning starts (6am). • Ability to follow instructions accurately and communicate effectively with the Dispatcher. • Class 4 driving experience is essential. • Preferred candidates with Road Ranger experience, though not required if confident in driving a manual vehicle. • Pass a pre-employment drug test and maintain a drug-free work environment. • No convictions—no driving-related convictions. Historic minor offenses may be considered on a case-by-case basis. • A positive and professional attitude—no aggression, as this role requires working well under pressure in varying conditions. • Ability to travel throughout the Waikato region.
