Assembly Worker

Local business is seeking assembly workers to join their dynamic team. Your attention to detail will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of the products. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, labelling, bagging, and boxing fittings and valves, preparing them for distribution from their warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

Assembly and Packaging: Efficiently assemble fittings and valves according to specifications. Label, bag, and box products ensuring accuracy and quality. Quality Control: Conduct thorough inspections to identify and resolve any product issues before they reach the market. Team Collaboration: Work closely with a team of approximately 16-20 staff members to meet production goals and maintain high standards of quality. Process Improvement: Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
