Insulation Installer/ labourer
About this job
The Insulation Installer fits polyester and glasswool insulation, ground moisture barriers, and removes existing insulation in residential, new build, retrofit, and commercial properties to meet quality and safety standards. You’ll follow EECA Warmer Kiwi Homes programme guidelines, focusing on NZS 4246 compliance, health and safety, and attention to detail. Exceptional customer service is key—you’ll communicate effectively, resolve issues promptly, and ensure work sites are clean and rubbish-free. Physically fit, you’ll handle equipment in tight spaces, work at heights, and wear PPE. You’ll work indoors and outdoors in various conditions, completing installations on time. Success is measured by installation quality, customer satisfaction, and performance improvements.
Job Requirements
Entry Level (6 months - 2 years) Minimum 1 year experience as an Insulation Installer Full Class 1 - Car licence
- Days of work
- Monday to Friday, between the hours of 7.00am to 5.00pm. The occassional Saturday may be offered depending on demand. (40 hours per week)
