Fish Filleter/Factory Hand

Saltwater Seafoods Limited are looking for 3 experienced fish processors to join our team. A minimum of 40 hours per week is on offer. These are factory-based roles which includes filleting and gutting of inshore fish species mainly: Gurnard, Terakihi, Snapper, Trevally, Moki, John Dory, Kingfish and others. Other tasks include tidy up, some packing and occasional washing of bins. Requirements - At least 3 years’ experience and skills processing fish. - Confident knife handling skills - Be physically fit: This job requires lifting of heavy fish bins & working on your feet all day - Ensure filleting/boning is done to a high standard - Able to follow all required Health & Safety guidelines - Someone who adds to the team dynamic positively and is reliable - Be able to turn up every day and have reliable transport - Able to pass a pre employment drug and Alcohol test as well as random tests throughout employment
Job Requirements
At least 3-years experience filleting/processing fish Reliable, detail-focused, physically fit, team player Pre employment drug test needed

- 5 days per week, 6am - 5pm. with occasional work outside of these hours due to fresh fish catches and seasonal fluctuations. (40 hours per week)
