Retail Supervisor

Well known and reputable retail business looking for a super star Retail Supervisor. Have previous retail/supermarket experience, READ ON!

The right candidate must have excellent communication and client retention skills with excellent understanding of best practices in retail industry/fuel industry. Must be willing to learn and adapt compliance requirements as per policy of franchisor and have thorough understanding about procedural requirements. Must also maintain high standards at all times, within the store and forecourt. Retail/ fuel site experience of at least six months preferred. Need to have good understanding of the employment, health & safety, and other legal requirements of running a business. Ability to motivate and lead a team. Ability to work after hours/ night shifts & weekends with the option of taking on additional hours as and when required. Professional, reliable, and punctual. Computer literate with the ability to and hands-on basic computer operations.

- Retail experience of at least two years with minimum six months experience in retail or fuel industry is preferred. Must be able to do evening, weekends, and night shifts because the business operate 24/7. - Must have good communication skills and be able to communicate in English at a good level. This is necessary to communicate with our customers and other staff. - Fluent with numbers including understanding of mark ups, gross profits, net profits etc - Professional, reliable, and punctual Computer literate with the ability to and hands-on basic computer operations. - Knowledge of food industry is preferred but not a requirement. We can provide training to the right candidate - Handle banking as and when required - Ensure that all safety procedures are followed and adhered to
