Fast Food Duty Manager

A local employer based in Greerton is looking for a full time Fast Food Duty Manager with a minimum of 6 months to 2 years experience. Must be able to commit to 7 day shift work roster. Duties include but not limited to Managing the inventory of deliveries of product and stock. Ensure staff are trained to provide efficient service at front of house and kitchen. Take overall responsibility of the store operations through a hands on management approach. Be able to delegate tasks and make decisions. Take responsibility for maintaining health and safety standards. OSH, food and hygiene compliance in the store at all times. Implement the workplace marketing plan for sales growth. Scheduling employee work hours to ensure that all shifts are adequately covered. Ensuring that customers are served quality food in a timely manner. Record and address customer complaints. Arrange store maintenance and cleaning service, rubbish removal, deep clean of the store and machinery. Must be an effective communicator to liaise with staff, management and Director.
