Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day bar operations, ensuring smooth service and efficient running. - Lead, train, and inspire the bar team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. - Develop and create innovative, exciting cocktails and drinks to keep our menu fresh and engaging. - Ensure all staff are following health, safety, and licensing regulations. - Manage bar inventory, stock levels, and order supplies as needed. - Handle cash management, sales reconciliation, and budgeting to meet financial targets. - Manage staff scheduling, performance, and provide ongoing training. - Maintain an exceptional standard of cleanliness and organization. - Foster a welcoming, high-energy atmosphere to keep customers coming back.
What We’re Looking For: - Current LCQ (Liquor Licence Controller Qualification) and Manager’s Certificate. - Proven experience as a bar manager or similar role in a high-energy environment. - Creative flair with a passion for developing unique cocktails and drink offerings. - Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills. - Ability to manage bar operations, staff, and handle fast-paced service. - Attention to detail and a focus on operational excellence. - A positive, "can-do" attitude with a desire to contribute to the growth and success of the business.

Job Requirements
- Experienced Bar Manager minimum of at least one year. - LCQ/Managers Certificate - Excellent customer service skills, capable and reliable. - No criminal convictions.
- Days of work
- 30 hours plus - rostered shifts (must be available for weekend work) (30 hours per week)
